CCFTA, CPFTA, CCOFTA, CPAFTA, CHFTA, CKFTA, CFTA, CUFTA, CETA, Camada-UK TCA, WTO-AGP, CPTPP will apply to this solicitation. The Comprehensive Land Claim agreements will not apply. Requirement Under the DIH initiative, the NRC has established a new defense-oriented R&D lab: the Drone and Flight Autonomy Lab (DFAL). The lab includes new personnel, infrastructure and equipment. New equipment required for the DFAL includes an ALE capability integrated onto full scale helicopter and fixed wing platforms. The timeline from acquisition to installation and to the first research requirement does not allow for any development time for the ALE system. Concept experimentation demands a mature system that has been validated in military operations (TRL 9) with either Canada or an allied country. Note to Bidders The bidders must submit fixed unit price. All prices must be submitted in Canadian currency. Customs duties are excluded and applicable taxes are extra. Evaluation Process Bidders must meet all the mandatory criterion described in the Request for Proposal.
