This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 202601550 dated November 6, 2025 with a closing of November 25, 2025 at 14h00 Atlantic Time. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) “H” Division (Nova Scotia) Traffic Services has a requirement for fourteen (14) portable Radar Based Automated Vehicle Classification and Speed Data Collection Tools. All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2026. Training must be delivered on or before March 31, 2027. Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: This solicitation of bids is open only to Canadian suppliers Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
