Creation of Survey of Opinion for Canada Water Agency - Non-Market Valuation of the Lake Winnipeg Basin

Canada Water Agency is seeking offers from Offerors to provide a survey to assess the public’s willingness to pay (WTP) to preserve and/or restore water quality in the Canadian portion of the Lake Winnipeg Basin, including Lake Winnipeg and Lake of the Woods. Debriefings Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
