Emblem, Decoration - Campaign - 488 rosettes

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of Emblems, Decorations – Campaign, 488 Rosettes. Solicitation Number: W8486-260213/A Requirement: The Contractor must manufacture and deliver rosette emblems in accordance with Annex B (Statement of Work) and Annex C (Technical Specifications). Items must be marked and labelled in compliance with DND specification D-80-001-055/SF-001, including NATO Stock Number, size identification, and production date. Contract Period: From date of award to 31 March 2026. Delivery Deadline: All deliverables must be received no later than 31 December 2025. Delivery Location: 25 CF Supply Depot, Montreal, Quebec (deliveries by appointment only). Security Requirements: None. Packaging: Must comply with environmentally preferable packaging requirements and Canadian Forces Packaging Specification D-LM-008-036/SF-000. Basis of Selection: Lowest evaluated price, compliant with all mandatory technical criteria.
