1. SCOPE The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) requires the provision of accommodation services in the Comox Valley, BC, Canada. The hotel or hotels must within a twenty (20) kilometers driving of the 19 Wing Comox, Lazo, BC, V0R 2K0 2. REQUIREMENTS Hotel Accommodations: The CAF will require single and double occupancy rooms as per the table below: Occupancy Check-in Date Check-out Date Number of rooms required Number of nights Single September 21, 2025 September 27, 2025 114 6 The proposed hotel(s) must provide early check-in and late check-out as required to accommodate flight schedules and flight changes. If not feasible, the Contractor must provide a secured luggage storage area.
