February 21, 2025: Amendment 003 is raised to extend the end date of the solicitation period from February 25, 2025 2:00 PM EST to March 4, 2025 2:00 PM EST. February 11, 2025: Amendment 002 is raised to extend the end date of the solicitation period from February 18, 2025 2:00 PM EST to February 25, 2025 2:00 PM EST. January 31, 2025: Amendment 001 is raised to extend the end date of the solicitation period from February 4, 2025 2:00 PM EST to February 18, 2025 2:00 PM EST. This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB). The objective of this contract is to obtain professional services to support changes and enhancements to IRCC’s Global Case Management System (GCMS) Online Services and in preparation of a transition to modernize tools. More specifically, the Contractor must support the overall modernization and transformation of the existing IRCC GCMS online solutions which aim at reducing application processing times and improving the department’s service delivery and client services. Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories.
