Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) Health Services require the services of a Primary Care Physician for Dorchester Complex in the Atlantic Region. Objectives: The Contractor (Primary Care Physician) must provide and actively participate in the coordination of essential health care services to patients in collaboration with the Institution's inter-disciplinary health care team. Deliverables: The Contractor (PCP) must provide integrated, trauma informed, culturally appropriate Primary Care health services to patients, as requested by the Project Authority, consistent with the Performance standards outlined in this statement of work.
