Description: The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a Contractor to provide Heavy Lift Air Transport Services for Police Vehicle Delivery and Backhaul to and from Old Crow, Yukon Territory. The contract period will be for one month from the date of contract. The anticipated start date is May 15, 2026. Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: Barring any other conditions or international sanctions, Canadian Suppliers, Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner and Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner, are eligible for this solicitation of bids. This procurement is subject to the Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation Final Agreement Basis of selection: Lowest Price compliant proposal Tenders must be submitted by email to: E_PACIFIC_BIDS@RCMP-GRC.GC.CA Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information. Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. In the event an NPP, bid solicitation or related documentation would be amended, Canada will not be sending notifications. Canada will post all amendments, including significant enquiries received and their replies, using GETS. The RCMP has adopted the Ineligibility and Suspension Policy administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada.
