Policy on Reciprocal Procurement This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner. New Mandatory Forms Offers must complete and submit Annex Offer Submission Form and Annex Offeror Declaration Form along with their offer. Debriefings Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the solicitation of offers process. Offerors should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) business days from receipt of the results of the solicitation of offers process.
