Stakeholder Information Management System

IRCC requires a new Stakeholder Information Management System solution (SIMS) to facilitate stakeholder and partner information gathering and relationship management. The new SIMS solution must be offered and managed by an external contractor on a subscription model as a web-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. Amendment 001 : Change of the RFP available date from 2025-03-25 to 2025-03-28 and extend the end date of the solicitation period from 2025-04-21 to 2025-04-24 02:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time EDT. Amendment 002 : Change of the end date of the solicitation period from 2025-04-24 to 2025-05-01 02:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time EDT and update the list of solicitated SA Holders. Amendment 003 : Change of the end date of the solicitation period from 2025-05-01 to 2025-05-15 02:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time EDT and update the list of solicitated SA Holders. Change of the anticipated contract start date and the contract duration due to the extension of the solicitation period. Amendment 004 : Amendment of Annex "E" section 32 - Industrial Security Program - Security requirement for canadians suppliers. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
