Description of the Requirement: The Evaluation Branch of Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) requires Evaluation Services Consultants on an as-needed basis to conduct evaluation projects. The term of each resulting contract will be for one (1) year inclusive. Each resulting contract will include an irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term for up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods on the same terms and conditions.
