This Business Model Review (BMR) is a high-profile, strategic initiative that will play a critical role in shaping SCC’s direction and impact over the long term. It is sponsored by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), managed by the Strategy and Integration directorate under the Office of the CEO, and supported by a cross-functional BMR project team.
