Description

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation by VIA HFR – VIA TGF Inc. (VIA HFR) to qualified proponents (the Proponents) to submit proposals for the provision of Actuarial Consulting Services for Pensions and Benefits, as further described in Appendix D - Statement of Requirements. Proponents can choose to respond to one or more Stream(s). Each proposal shall only cover one (1) Stream (as defined below). A proposal that covers more than one (1) Stream will be rejected.
