NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT The Department of National Defence has a requirement to establish a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the procurement of 3% Synthetic Fluorine-Free Foam (SFFF) in accordance with Annex –Line-Item Details. NSN: 4210-01-713-4370, Foam Liquid, Fire Extinguishing Part No.: 20285:7FZD9, NSCM/CAGE: 7FZD9 OR EQUIVALENT Unit of Issue: EA a) Delivery Location: Department of National Defence, 25 CFSD Montreal 6363 Notre Dame Est, Montréal, QC H1N 3V9 b) Delivery Location: Department of National Defence, 7 CFSD Edmonton 195 Ave & Ordance Road, AB T0A 2H0 Canada This requirement will be for the period from the effective date of the Standing Offer for one (1) year, with the provision to extend the offer for an additional four (4) periods of one (1) year. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada
