Request for Information (RFI): Artificial intelligence enabled business support solutions

Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) is seeking information from qualified vendors on the development and deployment of a AI-powered business support solution to provide seamless, multilingual customer support to a large and diverse user base of businesses and entrepreneurs. ISED currently supports multiple user platforms that provide information services (Examples: Business Benefits Finder, BizPaL, Canadian Importers Database, Canadian Industry Statistics, Financial Performance Data, Trade Data Online). The intent of this initiative is to knit together information siloes for businesses into one agile, user-friendly interface that can provide users with a more natural and holistic support experience. The solution must offer users recommendations based on user interactions and data insights and include robust backend analytics for program and service analysis. This RFI aims to gather insights into the available technologies, implementation approaches, and associated costs.
