Description

The National Research Council’s (NRC) Clean Energy Innovation (CEI) Research Center has a requirement for the supply of one (1) Ammonia Vaporizer System suited for the continuous supply of gaseous ammonia to a flow controller and fuel injector manifold on an internal combustion engine for combustion testing of zero carbon fuels. NRC intends to use this Ammonia Vaporizer for the testing and analysis of carbon-free fuel combustion. All the deliverables must be received on or before January 27,2025. Security Requirements At the date of bid closing, the following conditions must be met: (a) the Bidder must hold a valid organization security clearance as indicated in Part 6 - Resulting Contract Clauses; (b) the Bidder's proposed individuals requiring access to classified or protected information, assets or sensitive work sites must meet the security requirements as indicated in Part 6 - Resulting Contract Clauses; (c) the Bidder must provide the name of all individuals who will require access to classified or protected information, assets or sensitive work sites; • Site visits are optional • Manuals and documentation • The Contractor must deliver one complete set of Documentation, in English with the • deliverables in both hard and soft copy. This documentation must include all publications • pertaining to major component technical specifications, installation requirements, • mechanical and electrical schematics, maintenance instructions and standard operating • procedures. All electronic copies must be in Adobe PDF format delivered on flash drive, • by email, or available as online link for download. any economic or technical requirements, financial guarantees, information and documents required from suppliers • Commissioning Support and Training • The Contractor must provide commissioning support and onsite training to the Client in • English for up to 3 End Users. Training must include operation and manipulation of the • equipment. The training should include but not be limited to product functionality, product • features and limitations. The Contractor must deliver the on-site training within 30 • calendar days of the NRC informing the Contractor that the system has been installed. • The warranty coverage of the unit must include a minimum 24-month manufacturer’s • warranty which includes all parts and labor, and shipping. • • There are no limited tendering provisions to this procurement • The procurement method will not involve electronic auction Basis of selection: This will be an open tender.
