The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) to facilitate the supply of all labour, equipment, material, supervision and transportation necessary for commercial and residential HVAC cleaning and general site cleaning at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Training Academy-Depot Division. The period of the standing offer arrangement will be for 5 years from the date of issuance with an option to extend it for up to 3 additional one-year periods Security Requirements: There is a security requirement associated with the requirement. Basis of selection: To be declared responsive, an offer must comply with the requirement of the Request for Standing Offer and meet all the mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.
