Rations & Quarters

Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) Rations & Quarters 1. The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the provision of rations and quarters services in support of the 5th Canadian Ranger Patrol Group (5 CRPG) National Leader Enhanced Training Session (NLETS) to be conducted in the Avalon Peninsula, Newfoundland and Labrador, from 31 July to 10 August 2026. The requirement includes accommodations for approximately 75 participants consisting of youth and adult staff, meal services, common areas, parking, wireless internet access, and associated support services. Accommodations must be capable of supporting the operational and administrative requirements of the activity. 2. For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required information in order to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants. 3. The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. 4. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
