Description of Work The Enterprise Access and Identify Management (e-AIMS) program maintains the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and is the custodian of the Canadian Federal PKI Bridge (CFPB), on behalf of the Government of Canada. E-aims requires one (1) C.7 Senior IT Security Design Specialist to assist with multiple initiatives in support of the RCMP’s Access and Identity Management Services, within the RCMP’s Office Support System (ROSS) and Classified Environment (CE) Networks. Incumbent The work is currently being performed by NRNS Incorporated under contract #7233657 (value $1,832,634.00 including taxes). Conditional Set-Aside Under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB) This procurement is conditionally set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. In order to be considered, the Bidder must certify that it qualifies as an Indigenous business as defined under PSIB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSIB. If bids from two (2) or more Indigenous businesses are compliant with the terms of the Request for Proposal, the contracting authority will limit the competition to those Indigenous businesses and will not consider bids from any non-Indigenous businesses that may have been submitted.
