1. This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60PQ-140003/C and covers a requirement from the following Product Category(ies) of the SA: - Product Category 2 - Freestanding Height Adjustable Desk/Table Products - Product Category 5 – Ancillary and Lighting Products 2. Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement for the purchase, delivery and installation of office furniture to Montreal, Quebec by March 31, 2024. 3. This NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst the General Stream of Suppliers (SA holders). 4. This requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). Accessible Procurement : Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC)’s goal is to ensure that the goods and services the Government of Canada (GC) buys are inclusive by design and accessible by default. Considering accessibility in public procurements is now an obligation in the Treasury Board Contracting Policy and accessibility criteria must be included in the requirements for goods and services, where appropriate.
