Light Over Snow Vehicles - Deep Snow and Utility

This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number W6399-25-LQ59/A dated September 26, 2024 with a closing of November 05, 2024 at 1400 EST. A debriefing or feedback session was provided upon request to Offeror’s who offered on the previous solicitation of offers. The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the supply and delivery of Light Over Snow Vehicles (LOSV), split between two variations, deep snow and utility. Interested bidders have the option of submitting for one of both LOSV types. The bid must fully comply with the Technical Specifications within the Request for Proposal solicitation document. The deliverables are required no later than November 28, 2025. The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
