ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING SYSTEM (ERP) IMPLEMENTATION, LICENSING AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

VIA HFR is seeking proposals from Proponents to provide and implement a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. This solution will supply a comprehensive suite of tools and functions to streamline Financial and HR processes, enhance employee engagement and support strategic workforce management. Proponents are required to notify VIA HFR (by email at soumissions-tenders@hfr-tgf.ca) of their intent to bid by June 28, 2024 17:00 EDT Personnel Minimum Security Level Required – Reliability Status Language Requirement: French and/or English (oral and writing) Contract Duration: 60 months and 5x1 option year (if exercised by VIA HFR) Trade agreements: Canadian Free Trade Agreement Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement Canada-United Kingdom Trade Continuity Agreement.
