IDRC requests proposals for the provision of a supplier to lead a project that will examine the processes that influence evidence uptake into education planning, policy, and practice in LMICs from the perspectives of those working in ministries of education, using the Global Partnership for Education’s Knowledge and Innovation Exchange (GPE KIX) as an entry point. Where requirements are described below, the Statement of Work (“Services”).
