HVAC Service and Maintenance

The Department of National Research Council of Canada (NRC) has a requirement for the provision of maintenance, service, and technical support services for the existing Honeywell proprietary Building Automation and Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems installed at the NRC facility in Newfoundland and Labrador. The NRC building is equipped with Honeywell Enterprise Buildings Integrator (EBI) building management systems, Honeywell Comfort Point BACnet DDC controllers, and Honeywell XL5000 field-level controllers. These systems are proprietary to Honeywell and form an integrated building automation platform responsible for monitoring and controlling critical building systems, including HVAC and related infrastructure. The EBI Software is a Honeywell proprietary building automation software that can only be maintained, patched and upgraded by Honeywell.
