PROVISION OF MEETING SPACES, ACCOMMODATION AND HOSPITALITY SERVICES

DESCRIPTION: RFP #7469545 - Global Affairs Canada (GAC) is responsible for the overall coordination and all logistics of the Ministers’ Meeting. The event is expected to host approximately 241 participants. The objectives of this RFP is to secure a venue in the Niagara region, Ontario, that can accommodate all event activities in a single location, including meeting spaces, accommodations and hospitality services for delegates and staff for the duration of three (3) consecutive days in November 2025. Throughout the RFP bidding process, GAC shall endeavour to provide responses to inquiries (by the issuance of addenda) deemed relevant by GAC and received in writing by the Contracting Authority. BASIS OF SELECTION: Canada will make its selection based on the compliant offer with the highest combined rating of technical merit and price for award.
