By means of the RFP, Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is seeking proposals from bidders for an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractor to conduct the technical merit review of project proposals submitted through a continuous intake under CFF2.0. As an estimate, it is anticipated that around 20 applications will be submitted to the program. The contract will be from date of award to March 31, 2026 with the option period.
