Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) For Janitorial Services for Housing Services Centre (HSC) Borden This requirement is for: Department of National Defence (DND) – Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA). 1. CFHA, within DND, has a requirement for the procurement of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly janitorial services for HSC Borden. 2.
