Description of the Requirement: This solicitation of offers is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Department of National Defence (DND) [the "Client'] for the provision of HVAC system repair and upgrade for the Naval Engineering Training Structure (NETS) located at Canadian Force Base (CFB) Esquimalt, Work Point, Victoria, British Columbia.
