House of Commons Notice of Proposed Procurement Request for Proposal/Request for Quotation reference number: 2026005 Description: This requirement is for: House of Commons (HoC) The House of Commons requires, on an as-and-when required basis, the provision of Made-to-Measure Uniforms, including all services necessary to achieve proper fit and acceptance, for its Page Supervisors, Speaker, Chair Occupants, Clerk, Sergeant-at-Arms and Table Officers. The Bidder, or its authorized representatives, shall attend a mandatory on site Bidders’ Conference prior to submitting a Proposal under this RFP. The purpose of the mandatory on-site Bidder’s Conference is to allow Bidders to view representative uniform materials, models, and components currently in use, and to gain a clear understanding of the quality, construction, and appearance requirements necessary to submit a compliant Proposal. Failure to attend the mandatory on site Bidders’ Conference will result in the Bidder’s Proposal being deemed non-responsive and it will not be evaluated.
