Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide financial consulting to farmers experiencing difficulties meeting their financial obligations under the Farm Debt Mediation Service. The financial consultant will play a key role by conducting a thorough assessment of the farmer financial situation, preparing detailed financial statements, assist in developing a recovery plan and support the mediation process. Canada intends to award up to twelve (12) contracts for this requirement.
