This solicitation has been updated to provide additional flexibility by allowing two extra business days to account for the statutory holiday over the Easter weekend. Accordingly, the revised closing date for this RFP is now April 9 at 2:00 PM EDT. The purpose of this engagement is to provide independent, expert facilitation and strategic advisory support to Canadian Forces Health Services (CFHS) senior leadership before, during, and after the strategic planning forum. Strategic advisory support is limited to strategic facilitation, agenda design, synthesis of discussions, identification of strategic themes, development of decision options, and advisory support related to framing, prioritization, and alignment of strategic objectives, and excludes logistics and event management, policy drafting, operational planning, and detailed implementation design.
