Where additional solicitations are issued as part of the solicitation process, they may not be considered in amendments to the solicitation. Description of the Requirement: This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Department of National Defence (DND) [the "Client'] for the provision of one (1) resource through the Task and Solutions Professional Service (TSPS) Supply Arrangement (SA), specifically one (1) 2.3 Business Consultant – Senior (Level 3), in support of the Directorate of Naval Platform Systems (DNPS). The Contractor’s resource must provide a range of technical assistance to the Technical Authority (TA) in developing a Naval Materiel Management (NMM) policy instrument package, which will replace the outdated Naval Materiel Management System (NaMMS) manual 2013. The NMM Policy Instrument package is divided into three deliverables: the Naval Materiel Management Manual (NM3), the Naval Materiel Management Directives (NMMDs), and the NMM Master Glossary.
