The intention of this program is to ensure the conservation of the NCC’s collection of monuments and public art. Through this Standing Offer Agreement (SOA), seventy-one (71) artworks and their associated interpretive plaques will be maintained on an as-needed and requested basis. Further rehabilitation works maybe required for some assets each year. There is the possibility of additional pieces being added
