This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 20250677 dated August 07, 2025, with a closing of August 22, 2025 at 2:00 PM. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. ---Amendment No. 001--- This amendment is raised to answer questions received up to date and modifications to the solicitation. Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide an assessment of the Impacts of Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) Funding Through Agent-Based Modeling (ABM). The objectives of this engagement are: -To assess the health, economic and social value of CIHR’s health research funding using ABM, and, -If the results are determined by CIHR to adequately support its impact measurement goals, have the option for the Contractor to provide similar assessments on an ongoing periodic basis. The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31, 2026, inclusive with the possibility of extending the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions. There is no security requirement associated with this solicitation of offers. Basis of Selection. Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit (70%) and Price (30%). For the initial period, the maximum funding available for the Contract resulting from the bid solicitation is $120,000.00 (Applicable Taxes extra). For optional periods, the Bidder shall ensure that the pricing applicable to each optional year of the contract does not exceed the prices quoted for the initial contract period.
