AMENDMENT NO. 006 This amendment is raised to revise the RFP to correspond with responses to Question #2 and #5. ----------------------------------- AMENDMENT NO. 005 This amendment is raised to correct an answer to Bidder question #5. ----------------------------------- AMENDMENT NO. 004 This amendment is raised to answer Bidders’ questions. ----------------------------------- AMENDMENT NO. 003 This amendment is raised to answer Bidders’ questions and revise the RFP. ----------------------------------- AMENDMENT NO. 002 This amendment is raised to answer Bidders’ questions and revise the RFP. ----------------------------------- AMENDMENT NO. 001 This amendment is raised to answer Bidders’ questions and revise the RFP. ----------------------------------- Centralised Printing Services (CPS) – Printing Services for File Folders, Applications, Info sheets, labels and Kits Employment Social Development Canada (ESDC) requires services for the supply of a variety of printing materials including printing and assembling of the Canada Pension Plan kits. The printed materials includes but not limited to: ESDC and Service Canada file folders, applications and info sheet, as well as shipping services to have the printed products distributed to ESDC offices and other locations across Canada. The Contractor must print and deliver all items in full quantities, according to Statement of Work (SOW) The Contractor must accept and fulfil this printing order and is responsible for quality control of the various print products requested as well as the distribution of these products to various final destinations. The print products resulting from this contract will ensure the delivery of services and benefits to the public. The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31, 2027 inclusive. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). All the deliverables must be received as specified at Annex “C”. * Contractors must respect the delivery date stipulated in the Request for Proposal. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure that they are able to meet this requirement before submitting their bid.* The responsive bid with the highest combined rating of technical merit and price will be recommended for award of a contract. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
