Revision 002 03_03_2025 Administrative Revision to update hyperlink for email address_ EN version of coverpage RFP *********************************************************************************************************************** Revision 001 This revision 001 is raised to extend the solicitation period and to change the required services delivery completion date as outlined herein. ************************************************************************************************************************* Public Procurement and Services Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for “as and when required” collection, transport and disposal of Hazardous Waste within the municipal boundaries of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The Canada Free Trade Agreement applies to this solicitation. All Service Providers must be certified and licenced to handle and transport Hazardous Waste in the province of service delivery (Quebec or Ontario or both). Services must be provided in at minimum, the English language, and may be offered in both of Canada’s official languages. The term of the contract will be one (1) year with option periods to be exercised at Canada’s sole discretion.
