GRAPHIC PRODUCTION SERVICES Description: The Government of Canada will be hosting an international event in 2025, to be held in the Province of Alberta on June 15th, 16th and 17th, 2025. Global Affairs Canada (GAC) will be contracting with a company who will provide a range of graphic production services, including but not limited to the production of backdrops, banners, LED products, signage and wall treatments as well as management services to produce such, in a thorough and cost-effective manner. All enquiries must be submitted in writing by e-mail to the Contracting Authority no later than 5 calendar days before the RFP closing date and time in order to be considered by GAC. Throughout the RFP bidding process, GAC shall endeavour to provide responses to inquiries (by the issuance of amendment) deemed relevant by GAC and received in writing by the Contracting Authority. BASIS OF SELECTION: Canada will make its selection based on the compliant offer with the highest combined rating of technical merit and price for award.
