Description

Global Affairs Canada (GAC) via its Summit Management Office (SMO) requires the support of a proven event technology Contractor to supply and operate on a short-term, rental basis, of audiovisual equipment in various locations as outlined in Appendix A – Statement of Work. Additionally, it will be the Contractor's responsibility to ensure that all the necessary qualified technical personnel are on-site to meet the installation schedule that will commence on May 26th, 2025, and conclude at the close of the final meetings scheduled for June 17th, 2025. An installation and event schedule shall be supplied to the Contractor following the award of the contract. Closing Date: To be considered, your proposal must be received no later than 2 p.m. EDT on March 14, 2025 with a reference to tender file #7464626. Mandatory Site Visit A MANDATORY site visit will be held on week of February 24, 2025.  All costs incurred by the Bidder to attend the site visit will be at their expense. BASIS OF SELECTION: Canada will make its selection based on the compliant offer with the highest combined rating of technical merit and price for award.
