This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the scope, deliverables, and requirements for the analysis of analyses relevant to Canadian government policies for asserting sovereignty in the Arctic and northern regions to inform Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) understanding of key issues and perspectives. DCOE-PS seeks academic assessments of the implications arising from Canada’s current Defence Policy and the Arctic Foreign Policy to inform internal work aimed at providing relevant information for CAF professional development and senior leader knowledge.
