Reciprocal Procurement - Limited Supplier Eligibility Solicitation of Offer Submission Eligibility. This solicitation of offers is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. This means that only Canadian Suppliers as defined in the Annex C Solicitation of Bids Definitions, are eligible for this solicitation of offers. Offers submitted by Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner will be rejected. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires two (2) Remote Activated Target Systems. All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2026. This procurement is subject to the Kwanlin Dun First Nation Final Agreement and Ta’an Kwach’an Council Final Agreement.
