Amendment #2 is raised to answer questions from the industry. ***************************************** Amendment #1 is raised to extend the solicitation period, to update the mandatory technical criteria, to update Annex “B” Statement of Work, and to update Annex “C” Basis of Payment. ****************************************** This request for proposals is for the lease, supply, delivery, installation, and testing of a folder/inserter, as well as the necessary training – in English and French – to allow users to access all the required features of this equipment. The contract duration for the lease is required for 6 years.
