Free Standing Studio Wall

This RFP outlines the requirements for the evaluation, design, production, and installation of a freestanding semi-permanent TV studio wall to support Canada School of Public Service (CSPS) production and conference activities. The vendor will provide a flexible, high-quality, and aesthetically professional structure that complies with all applicable safety and building standards while accommodating the constraints of the installation environment without compromising the stability and functionality. The wall must be moveable and not affixed permanently to any existing structure. There is no security requirement applicable to the Contract To be considered compliant, the Bidder MUST attend the mandatory site visit to be held on June 11th, 2025. Proposals submitted by bidders who do not attend the site visit will not be considered for evaluation.
