Health Canada aims to determine the causal effect of long-term wildfire smoke PM2.5 exposure on various outcomes of public health signficance in Canada. This contract—focused on developing long-term exposure metrics of wildfire smoke PM2.5 and quantifying their causal effect on cardiovascular health—will support Health Canada's health impact assessments related to wildfire smoke.
