Centre for Atmospheric Research Experiments (CARE) Janitorial Contract

Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) has a requirement to obtain the services of a Contractor that can provide Janitorial Services on a regular basis at ECCC Buildings Centre for Atmospheric Research Experiments (CARE), located at Essa Township 6248 Eighth Line, Egbert Ontario L0L 1N0 from contract award date to March 31, 2030. The Contractor must provide sufficient trained labour to perform routine cleaning as specified. Major cleaning projects to be scheduled by prior arrangement with the Site Authority or alternate designate. Any routine or major cleaning must not interfere with the tenant operations. The Work must be performed five (5) days per week. Days worked can be Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00hrs and 22:00hrs. Daily working hours are expected to be a minimum of 5-hours per day to complete the tasks. Flexibility in hours is available provided facility is occupied and hours do not extend standard approved rates.
