NPP - Benchtop Gas Analyser

The National Research Council Canada (NRC) has a requirement for the supply and delivery a benchtop gas analyzer for holders of Supply Arrangement # E60PV-19EQUI. The benchtop gas analyzer analyses the anode and cathode output gas steams of 5 water electrolysis stations. All the deliverables must be received on or before March 20, 2024 This tender is open to the nine (9) pre-qualified suppliers only. The lowest valid bid will be awarded this contract. The security requirements at Annex B apply and form part of the Contract. Basis of selection: Lowest evaluated price A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive.
