Systemscope Inc Description of Work: Canada’s Trade Commissioner Service (TCS) TCS requires the professional services of one (1) Web Multi-Media Content Service Provider on a full-time basis to provide services and fulfill duties related to user research and user-centered design in support of the TCS Digital Modernization Initiative. This resource will focus primarily on assisting in the development and implementation of Phase 2 of the Digital Experience Platform – MyTCS portal, and future releases of improvements of MyTCS.
