The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement to provide equipment to ensure the safety of its members. The Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is to establish a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the supply and delivery of Frontline Policing Thermal Monoculars as detailed at Annex A, Statement of Work. The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is three (3) years from the date of issuance of the Standing Offer, with the option to extend the Standing Offer for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods. The Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) is to establish National Individual Standing Offer for the delivery of the requirement detailed in the RFSO, to the Identified Users across Canada, including areas subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs), excluding locations within Nunavut.
