Experience required : 1) development of complex procurement strategies 2) development producing associated procurement documentation 3) planning and coordinating procurement activities, including financial estimates, business requirements and procurement methods 4) use of Temporary Help, ProService, Task -Solutions Professional Services and Task Based Informatics Professional Services Supply Arrangements 5) conduct day-to-day procurement operations.
