Since 1979, Winterlude has been held every February in Canada's capital region (Ottawa-Gatineau). The Department of Canadian Heritage (PCH) is seeking an ice carving service provider to design, create, deliver, and animate the ice sculpture program as part of activities related to sponsors and the Winterlude program. Confederation Park serves as a central Winterlude site in downtown Ottawa, where visitors can enjoy ice sculptures, food vendors, and other programming throughout the festival. Objectives - Create ice sculptures according to the needs of the Program and up to 20 sponsors of Winterlude. - Provide consulting, delivery, installation, as per Program's expectations, which include adherence to artist quality, safety, and event timelines established by PCH.
