CCC is pleased to invite Stage 1 responses (as set out herein) from qualified Canadian Life & Health insurers for the provision of group benefits services. CCC has a benefits plan with approximately 131 Active Employees and 55 Retirees. Solicitation for this requirement will be conducted in three stages: Stage 1 – Pre-Qualification: Review of mandatory requirements and plan design alignment Stage 2 – Financial Evaluation: Assessment of cost competitiveness and long-term value Stage 3 – Interviews and Technology Demonstrations: Structured evaluations of service delivery, team capabilities, and platform experience
